Question End Date 1/3/2022 1:00 PM Anticipated Award Date 2/23/2022 Hillsborough Community College ("HCC" or "the College") is seeking bids from qualified manufacturers and resellers for an enhancement of its College-wide wireless network. The detailed specifications for each use case of the wireless Access Point ("AP") are listed in "Attachment C - Technical Requirements." All proposed solutions must meet or exceed the College's specified requirements. The College currently has nine hundred eighty-four (984) APs from Aerohive/Extreme installed College-wide and a cloud-based controller provides the management functions. This purchase will be made utilizing specified grant funding from the U.S. Department of Education and the Comptroller General of the United States. The complete Request for Bids ("RFB") will be posted via HCC`s VendorLink System. Addenda, questions and answers, and any other supplemental information regarding this RFB, if any are issued, will also be posted via HCC's VendorLink System throughout this RFB`s solicitation process. Upon award, the successful Bidder will be required to complete the full registration process and upload all required documentation under My Account, Agency File Requests, within HCC`s VendorLink System prior to the issuance of an HCC purchase order and payment.
