Renovation of a municipal facility in Vail, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work for this project generally consists of performing the site work required for the installation of a prefabricated restroom facility at the Booth Lake Trailhead located at 3095 Booth Falls Road in Vail. The work includes asphalt removal and replacement, utility connections (water, sewer and electric), excavation, grading and backfill, concrete walks, coordination with restroom supplier and completion of site work once restroom in installed. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total Bid must accompany each Bid. No Bid may be withdrawn within a period of thirty (30) days after Bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive informalities, and to reject nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional Bids.
