Estimate: $350,000 - 400,000 Holly Hill Park improvements includes a 6-ft wide concrete sidewalk, landscaping, tree removal, grading, drainage, water lines, striping, and solar power lighting. Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond from a reliable surety company drawn to the order of City of Shenandoah in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. No bid proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to it.
