21042 Roof Renovation to Bonaire Middle School Project consists of the installation of a new roofing system over the original metal roof system. Project Location: Bonaire Middle School,125 Highway 96 East, Bonaire, GA 31005 Project cost range is approximately $1,700,000.00. Selective demolition, installation of new roofing insulation and single ply roofing membrane along with metal coping and edge metal. Miscellaneous mechanical work is required for removal and reinstallation of mechanical units on rooftops Qualified bidders are invited to submit bids for Project as described in this Document according to the Instructions to Bidders. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: 1. General Contract (all trades). Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of [5] percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of [60] days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
