Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Snellville, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Snellville, Georgia ('City") will receive sealed Bids for all material, labor, equipment and services to successfully accomplish the following work: "Town Center Roadway Improvements ". This work generally entails grading, demolition, roundabout construction, resurfacing, curb and gutter, pedestrian lighting, mid-block elevated trail crossing, ADA ramps, streetscape amenities, striping and all related materials as shown on the Construction Plans prepared by CHA, as provided on the city web site. Bids shall be on unit price basis. Project is funded with the City SPLOST program. The project shall be Substantially Complete within 365 calendar days from the date of notice to proceed. Liquidated damages of $1000 per day will be assessed for each and every consecutive calendar day for which the completion of the project is delayed beyond the 365 calendar days; except for quantifiable weather events.
