The City of Bentonville is accepting formal sealed bids for the purchase and delivery of several Pole Type Distribution Transformers City of Bentonvilles Electric Inventory. The City reserves the right to cancel this request at any time in accordance with the Citys best interest. The City also reserves the right to reject any Bid received and to waive irregularities in accordance with the Citys best interest. Submitters agree that such rejection shall be without liability on the part of the City of Bentonville for any damage or claim brought by any Bidder because of such rejections, nor shall the Submitter seek any recourse of any kind against the City because of such rejections. The filing of any Bids in response to this Invitation shall constitute an agreement of the Bidder to these conditions. The awarded Bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds at the time of signing the Contract in amounts equal to the Total Bid Price. The City of Bentonville Purchasing Department encourages all qualified small, minority and women owned businesses to participate and submit Bids for City projects/purchases. Bidders who wish to deliver a Bid Submission prior to the Bid Opening date/time may do so by delivering the Bid Submission to the Purchasing Department located at the address below. Bidders may also choose to deliver their Bid Submission at the Public Bid Opening, but must do so prior to the Public Bid Opening time.
