Notice is hereby given that the Town of Oro Valley is soliciting competitive sealed bids with the intent of contracting for the construction of BBQ & Bunk Buildings at Steam Pump Ranch. Accompanying this Bidder's Proposal is cash, a cashier's check, certified check or Bidder's Bond payable to the Town of Oro Valley in the amount of dollar, which is equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. The Bidder further agrees that if he/she defaults in executing the required Contract Agreement and/or fails to submit the required Performance Bond, Payment Bond, Insurance Certificate(s), or executed Contract Agreement to the Town by the Town's specified date, the proceeds of his/her proposal guarantee accompanying his/her Bidder's Proposal, be it cash, check or bond may be forfeited to the Town of Oro Valley, subject to the law, and this Bidder's Proposal, acceptance and the Award of the Contract may be considered null and void. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids or any part thereof, or to accept any bids or any part thereof, to waive any irregularity, informality or technicality in any bid, or to withhold the award to the extent permitted by law. The Town further reserves the right to advertise for new bids if, in the judgment of the Town, the best interest of the Town will be promoted. The Bidder agrees that he/she may not withdraw his/her bid after accepted by the Town and prior to execution of the Contract by the successful Bidder.
