Renovation of a stadium in Providence, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The Dunkin' Donuts Center Roof Replacement Project ("Project") scope includes but is not limited to the demolition, abatement, and replacement of the original 120,000 SF roof assembly at the Dunkin' Donuts Center. The demolition will include some abatement of asbestos containing materials along the roof perimeter. Replacement of the roof drain bowl assemblies and spot replacement of metal decking is also anticipated. The project schedule consists of the Pre-Construction Phase taking place from May through September, 2022 and the Construction Phase performed during May through October, 2023. The DDC will remain open during the construction. The estimated cost of the Project is approximately $7.5 million.
