The School District of Escambia County is soliciting sealed written proposals to establish an Agreement to provide District-wide, as-needed repair and/or replacement of vertical blinds, horizontal blinds, roller shades, cellular shades, and other window coverings, collectively referred to as "Window Coverings" for the purposes of this Agreement. Upon mutual written agreement and approval of the School Board of Escambia County, Florida, an Agreement will be issued in one (1) year increments for up to a total of five (5) years subject to the availability of lawfully appropriated funds. The initial term of the Agreement(s) shall be January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022. All pricing proposed herein shall be firm throughout the first year of the Agreement. Deadline for Questions Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at 4:00 p.m., CST The School District reserves the right to evaluate by lot, by partial lot, or by item, and to accept or reject any Proposal in its entirety or in part, and to waive minor irregularities if the Proposal is otherwise valid.
