Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Vicksburg, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: This contractor shall be responsible for all non-electrical removals, relocations, and site preparation, as shown on the plans. The contractor shall then construct underground utilities, conduit, footings, masonry columns and seat walls, gas fireplace, ornamental trellis bar, irrigation, concrete sidewalk, gravel plaza, and site furnishings including all necessary appurtenances, landscaping, and restoration. Electrical work by Oswalt Electric will be done and coordinated with all parties. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to Village of Vicksburg in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of forty-five (45) days after the receipt of bids. All work shall be substantially complete by May 20, 2022 and completed and ready for final payment by May 27, 2022. Prevailing wage rates do NOT apply to this project. *Addendum 1 and 2 have been issued.
