Complete topographic and bathymetric surveys, engineering, design, permitting, plan preparation, technical specifications, project management, hydrologic modeling, threatened and endangered species assessments, cost estimation, scientific and other baseline monitoring, construction administration and related tasks needed to restore approx. 34 acres of tidal marsh habitat and to remove numerous dredge islands along the St. Marks River in Wakulla County Florida with a possible construction cost of approximately 8 million dollars. The Commission has an estimated budget for this project of $674,000.00.
