BAT is seeking quotes to construct a concrete pad outside of the BAT Centre Customer Service window at 10 Commercial Street in Brockton, Massachusetts Price shall include the cost ofpreparation, disposal, permits, materials and installation at prevailing wages to complete the project to specifications The successful firm will meet or exceed the following job specifications: Pour a concrete pad with paver surround 8 feet by 16 feet in front ofthe Customer Service window at the BAT Centre. Remove the existing pavers within the above specified region and leave on a pallet on-site for BAT to place into storage. Prep area for concrete. Pad shall be surrounded with 2-feet x 2-feet pavers on all the three sides not against the building. These 2-feet pavers are part ofthe overall 8 feet by 16 feet dimensions and will be set at an appropriate slope to ensure ADA compliance for access to the finished pad surface which will be approximately 6 feet x 12 feet. Broom finish the concrete pad to ensure excellent wet traction for customers. Rework pavers adjacent to the left-hand side ofthe ramp looking at the building to direct water flow towards the existing drain. Rework the area around the existing drain to allow water flow into the drain. Install a trench drain running the length ofthe pad at the base and tie all plumbing into the existing drain system underneath. Pad must comply with all ADA and Massachusetts Chapter 11 code and regulations.
