Notice is hereby given that proposals will be received by the County of Los Angeles (County), by and through the Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA), for the proposed LAC+USC Restorative Care Village Supportive Housing Project. The County of Los Angeles is seeking development proposals for the design, construction, and operation of an affordable housing project to be located on a County-owned site. To ensure that all interested Proposers are included in the virtual Pre-Proposal Meeting, each Proposer who desires to attend the Pre-Proposal Meeting must RSVP by sending the name of their firm, attendee names, and attendee email addresses to susana.oliveros@lacda.org by 4:00 p.m. on October 25, 2021. The County's Procurement Coordinator will use the Proposer-provided emails to send the virtual meeting link for the Pre-Proposal Meeting, as well as any email updates regarding any changes to, or additional details regarding, the mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting. Given the COVID-19 crisis, any in-person activities related to this RFP are subject to changes in format. We appreciate your flexibility as we respond to this crisis. Any Proposer who wishes their response to be considered is responsible for making certain that it is received at the stated location and at the stated date and time. No oral, electronic, facsimile, or telephonic proposals or modifications will be considered unless expressly specified to the contrary in subsequent written communication. Responses received after the scheduled deadline will be returned unopened. The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or to individually select one or more Proposers for further negotiations. This RFP is not a contract or commitment of any kind. The County is not liable for costs incurred in the preparation of any respondent's proposal. The County reserves the right to issue supplementary information or guidelines related to this RFP. Notwithstanding any other provisions herein, the County reserves the right to waive minor technical deficiencies in the Proposals.
