Summary of the project and the work to be carried out The project involves replacing part of the windows of the Roger-Gaudry pavilion, which is a heritage building, and repairing the masonry. The vast majority of the interventions of this project are located in the wings and floors of the east and west sectors of the pavilion, which are the subject of the project to reallocate the spaces of the Roger-Gaudry pavilion. The space reallocation project is made up of two major projects: the West sector reallocation project and the East sector reallocation project. Each of these projects will be carried out in two lots, a demolition lot and a construction lot. In the end, four contracts for construction work will be awarded by the University of Montreal to carry out the Roger-Gaudry pavilion component, of the project of reallocation of spaces.
