Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Donaldson, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
All interested bidders are encouraged to perform a site walk-through and pick up a bid packet prior to submitting a bid. A performance bond will be required with all bids. 1. Site preparation and installation of two inches of compressed asphalt over designated drive at High School Gym. 2. Striping, sealer, and prime coat should be added to bid. Work shall begin at a date and time determined by the Owner and bidder. It will be the bidder's responsibility to inform the Owner of any shipping delays for equipment and/or supplies. Once the schedule is agreed on by both parties the Owner shall be entitled to a fixed sum of $100.00 as fixed, agreed, and liquidated for each contract day (counting Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) delay in the completion of the contract. The contract shall provide a warranty (including material and labor) for a minimum of one year from the date of completion of the work. The contractor will be paid upon completion of the work. Bidders are encouraged to inspect the work site before submitting a bid. To schedule an inspection please call 501-384-2318. The contractor shall purchase and maintain an Owners and Contractors Protective Liability in the amount of 500,000.00.
