Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Henderson, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and communication facility.
This project shall consist of, but not be limited to, the construction of general roadway improvements with the installation of asphalt concrete pavement, curb, gutter, ADA curb ramps, sidewalk, conversion of the intersection of Horizon Ridge Pkwy and Paradise Hills Drive from afour-way stop controlled to a roundabout, updating streetlight luminaires, traffic signal modifications, rectangular rapid flashing beacon controlled cross walks, storm drain drop inlets, storm drain piping, storm drain manholes, PVC conduits, pull boxes, utility vaults, 72-strand fiberoptic cable, fiber optic conduit, Type 200 vaults, P30 pull boxes, valve and manhole adjustments, AC milling, Type II aggregate base, permanent signing, striping, potable water improvements, valves, blow offs, landscaping, landscape irrigation, excavation, hauling, disposal, various removals, complete street elements, and various other improvements.
