District is seeking a qualified system integrator/supplier field service office with a C10 license within 150 mile range to the job sites to retrofit and commission of four 480V low voltage variable frequency drives (VFDs) and the requirements for which are included in the Scope of Work below. The locations and descriptions of the existing VFDs are described below The successful proposer will provide all required parts and retrofit installation service per SASD drawing sets in Appendix A and B for a fully operational replacement of the VFD including: Disconnect, remove and provide the District the existing internal VFD boards/circuits and related parts (carefully removed and wrapped in anti-static wrapping and packaged with labeling. It will be used as spare parts for similar units at other sites) Relocate reused existing parts to make room for the new drive and rewire per SASD drawing sets. Provide and install the new VFDs. Provide startup services, testing and commissioning a proper working VFD system. Provide as-built markups on SASD drawing sets including the relocated existing parts (attach additional sheet if needed for final locations in the cabinet). Provide O&M manuals and a warranty outline for supplied equipment Proposers will submit one proposal with two cost sheets for the replacement of the VFDs at the S33 and the N40 Pump Stations.
