The Contractors receiving an award shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, hardware, tools, equipment, parts, bonding, insurance, and expertise to provide airport low voltage communications facilities and medium voltage electrical maintenance consisting of repairs, replacements and/or new installations for Inside Cable Plant (ICP), Outside Cable Plant (OCP), specialized edge equipment to include visual networked systems, aeronautical related telecommunications systems maintenance, and electrical distribution facilities services for the Maryland Department of Transportation Maryland Aviation Administration hereinafter referred to as Administration or MDOT MAA at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall (BWI Thurgood Marshall) and Martin State (MTN) Airports. A Performance Bond (Section B) in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract price shall be required of the successful Bidder. A Payment Bond (Section C) in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract price shall also be required. The MDOT MAA reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or waive technical defects if, in its judgment, the interest of the Administration may so require.
