Ingham County (County) seeks proposals from qualified and experienced general contractors for making improvements to the Lake Lansing Boat Launch. This general scope of work consists of removing and replacing a concrete boat ramp, automatic gate, fencing, and HMA pavement repair. Attendance at this meeting is important in order to fully understand the proposal documents. Please send a representative to this meeting if you are planning on submitting a proposal. The purpose of this meeting is to allow proposers an opportunity to present questions and obtain clarification relative to any facet of this solicitation. If the successful proposer fails to furnish satisfactory performance and payment bonds and insurance certificates within ten (10) business days after receipt of Notice of Award, such guarantee shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages.
