As of March 30,2022, the project was awarded to Riddle Painting and Coatings Co. and the anticipated construction start date is on May 1, 2022. The Town of Sahuarita intends to establish a contract to provide masonry restoration services outlined in the scope. The Project is located within the Town of Sahuarita, Pima County, Arizona. Construction shall be done in 2 phases which will take place over 2 fiscal years. Project Identification: The project consists of masonry cleaning and sealing; some sheet metal work; repair of subgrade waterproofing systems, minor masonry repair, and replacement of some precast concrete elements at buildings in the Sahuarita Municipal Complex. It is agreed that the Work to be performed under this Agreement shall be substantially completed not later than June 30, 2022 for Phase 1 and June 30, 2023 for Phase 2.
