Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Westport, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Catholic District School Board of Eastern Ontario invites tenders for the RTU/HVAC units project and associated work at St. Edward Catholic School in Westport. Replacing existing unit ventilators in 7 classrooms with new units and modifying the exterior wall openings for louvers. Additionally, exterior brick veneer and foundation wall remedy work will be required at north-west corner of building including sidewalk repair. Some alterations to existing ceilings included. This project is subject to funding. Questions and clarifications will be accepted until 12:00 p.m. Monday, November 8, 2021. *Award amount was not released for publication.
