Site work for a water / sewer project in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Proposal shall include all labor, tools, implements, machinery, materials, and any incidentals necessary to complete the work in the manner and time prescribed, and in strict conformity with the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. In general, the project consists of a sanitary sewer force main installation along portions of Lear and Stead Boulevards, and subsequent removal of an existing asbestos concrete pipe force main. Existing utility conflicts, connections, and surface restoration are included in the work. The Bidders attention is directed to Nevada Revised Statutes 338.01165, enacted by the Nevada Legislature by passage of Senate Bill No. 207, setting forth the requirements for the use of apprentices on public works which requires a contractor or subcontractor to comply with certain requirements relating to the use of apprentices on public works. Only those bidders who have registered and are included in and appear on the planholder list may submit a bid.
