Renovation of a municipal facility in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project 2021-01. 1055 Carey St. Remove and replace existing steel roof. Proposals must be presented on the documents in the proposal packet. Proposals must be delivered with no outstanding fees due for delivery or cartage. The City is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail or cartage and hand delivery of proposals is suggested. Proposals must be marked with the proposers Company name and 'City of Lake Geneva 2021 DPW Roofing Project 2021-(1) and/or (2) as appropriate clearly on the front. Absolutely no late, unmarked, unsealed or postage/cartage due proposals accepted.
