Description: New 6-story, 143 Unit Rental Apartment Facility. 6-levels of housing over one level of below-grade parking. Structure is wood-framed (5-stories) over post tensioned concrete (2-stories), with a variety of exterior finish materials. Bidding: On behalf of the Developer, Malcolm Yards Housing Project, LP, Frana Companies is accepting bids for Divisions 1-33, including all Site Work, Concrete, Masonry, Metals, Carpentry, Thermal & Moisture Protection, Doors & Windows, Finishes, Specialties, Equipment, Furnishings, Special Construction, Elevators, Fire Protection, Mechanical and Electrical. Construction: Scheduled Closing & Construction Start: March 2022 with a 14-month duration. Project Managers: Darren Scott (952) 908-2674, dscott@frana.com Special Notes: Contract Compliance Information Management System (CCIMS)/B2GNow - will be used to track contract payments for SUBP MBE/WBE contractors and suppliers. Notice of Civil Rights Rules and Regulations is on page See attached Contractor Profile Form (pgs. 3-4) which must be submitted with proposal. Davis-Bacon Prevailing wage rates and reporting processes will be required. This includes weekly certified payroll submissions into the LCPtracker reporting system. Construction Workforce goals of 20% Female Labor and 32% Minority Labor. Subcontractor shall make a good faith effort to meet these goals.
