The GSA, on behalf of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, is seeking Construction Services to renovate the 3rd floor of the Courthouse. The Specifications and Drawings is sufficient. The submission for your proposals will have two separate volumes: Volume One will be your Technical and Past Performance volume and Volume Two will be your Pricing Proposal.
