Reference number : 1536339 Review Title : Replacement of heating units in the municipal garage in the northern village of Akulivik Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2021-11-05 Electronic submission accepted: No The goal of the work is to restart the heating of the municipal garage in the northern village of Akulivik. The work is mainly in mechanics and in electricity-and-controls. The project consists of demolition, dismantling, supply, installation and commissioning. A significant portion of the materials and equipment has been purchased by the Owner and will be supplied to the Contractor on site. These materials are described in the mechanical drawings, page M3, article 3.1.2.3. All other materials required for the execution of the project must be provided by the Contractor. The premises and spaces where the work will take place will be partially emptied by the Owner to allow the work. The handling of bulky material (tires, trucks, pieces of vehicle, garage equipment, etc.) will be the responsibility of the Owner. It is important to note that the garage will remain partially functional during the work. The Giro-Lift lifting platform will remain in its place. The Contractor must proceed according to this bulky fixed equipment. No major work is required in architecture. The manufacture of the support for the daily tank which is provided in wood, the holes and the rough leveling at the passages of the pipes are planned in mechanics. Apart from the materials and equipment provided by the Owner, the Contractor must provide all that is required to deliver a complete and functional project. award is subject to final approval.
