Site work for a water / sewer project in Tallahassee, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of December 20, 2021, the project has not been awarded yet. A timeline for award is not yet determined. Work consist of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials for construction of approximately of 9,850 feet of new 8-inch water main on the south side of Bloxham Cutoff from Sam Smith to Woodville Highway and placing the existing 6" PVC out of service. Work also includes 27 residential water services, isolation valves, system tie-ins, fire hydrants, and 6 - 18" jack and bore roadway crossings. A detailed listing of pay items and quantities to be completed for this project is provide on the Bid Summary Sheets in the Proposal. This project has three (3) bid alternates. The City will select either Bid Alternate #1 (HDPE Pipe), Bid Alternate #2 (DIP Pipe) or Bid Alternate #3 (PVC Pipe) and once the option has been selected, award to the lowest bidder of the selected option (as long as the bidder meets all other requirements outlined in the bid documents). Contract duration: One Time Purchase Contract renewal: 1 annual renewal Prices good for: 120 days
