The city of Saint-Eustache reserves the right to reject any tender for which the tenderer has not obtained the tender document directly from Organization including addenda (if applicable). In addition, the City does not incur any responsibility for the fact that the written opinions or any documents conveyed by the electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, all tenderers must ensure, before tendering, to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders via the Organization website. Only tenders presented on documents prepared by the procurement department will be accepted.
