Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Westminster, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
As of 1/12/2022 project was already awarded for $98,076.60. The Carroll County Department of Recreation and Parks requests proposals to meet performance requirements and budget for a colorful, whimsical, painted glass fiber reinforced concrete octopus climbing structure at Landon Burns Park located at 700 Gist Road, Westminster, MD 21157. This proposed playground will be located adjacent to an existing playground. This RFP is intended to provide the basis for contracting with a single vendor to provide all freight, materials, components, and labor for the installation of this play structure with a poured in place rubberized, ADA compliant, safety surface. A lump-sum, all-inclusive, project budget of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) has been established for this work.
