Details can be found in the attached quote. The tender documents are sold exclusively through the electronic tendering system (notice number 1551240). Bids from bidders who have not visited the premises will be automatically rejected. The City does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received and incurs no obligation or costs of any kind towards the tenderer (s). Bid bond 10% is required. Performance bond 15% is required.
