Bids must be submitted in SEALED ENVELOPES addressed to Nina D. Williams, Qualified Purchasing Agent, and clearly marked on the outside IFB #22-004 Gas Line Replacement at Stanley S. Holmes Village & Extension. A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of the ATLANTIC CITY HOUSING AUTHORITY, negotiable U.S. Government Bonds, or a satisfactory Bid Bond, executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in the amount of ten percent (10%) of bid, not to exceed $20,000.00 shall be submitted with each bid. The Housing Authority shall have the right, in addition to retaining the amount of the Bid Security, to proceed against the bidder for any additional damages, which may occur due to the bidder's refusal or failure to enter into a contract.
