Questions pertaining to the technical specifications and bidding documents may be directed to Gail Monroe, Purchasing Division, in writing either by email to Gail.Monroe@indy.gov or fax (317) 327-4493, no later than November 2, 2021 at 12:00 Noon Eastern Time. Only vendors with a minimum of three (3) years past experience performing the scope of work as specified herein shall be considered for this project. All vendors who submit bids shall include documentation indicating past experience and references to receive full consideration for contract award. Vendors must submit inventory of equipment to be used for executing this contract. This Invitation is to establish one or more term contracts for lawn care maintenance services. The resulting contract will primarily be used by Indianapolis Fire Department. However, other departments and agencies of the City of Indianapolis and Marion County may also utilize the resulting contract under the same pricing, terms and conditions. Unless otherwise agreed to, all ordering locations will be within Marion County, IN. The City does not guarantee minimum or maximum amount of services to be purchased under this bid. The scope of services listed is estimated based on the City's potential need or history and the desire for services. The City may purchase more or less services than the amounts indicated in the bid. All orders shall be on an as needed basis, subject to the availability of funding and budgetary considerations. The term of the initial contract shall be two (2) years, effective from the date of the award letter. There will be no bid bonds or performance bonds required for this contract.
