SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION DATE: June 15, 2022 FINAL COMPLETION DATE: June 30, 2022 Background: Clackamas County is soliciting bids from qualified Contractors to paint the exterior of multiple buildings on the Oregon City Red Soils Campus outlined in the attached aerial map and specifications. The campus has recently undergone multiple upgrades including sidewalks/pavement, fire life safety systems, various finishes. This exterior painting scope will be one of the final aspects of this round of upgrades to be done at this location. Each building will need to be bid separately, but the aggregate cost will be awarded to a single contractor. Scope: 1. The contractor shall supply all materials and labor, tools and other equipment, services and supervision required to complete painting as indicated on Finish Schedules and to the full extent of the drawings in compliance with all local codes and regulations and specifications specified below. The Work shall also include, but not necessarily be limited to surface preparation of substrates as required for acceptance of painting, including cleaning, small crack repair, patching, caulking, and making good surfaces and areas, pre-treatment, priming to industry standards.
