Without limitation, the scope of work includes: Ventilation work Refrigeration work Regulation work Thermal insulation work Electrical work Fire alarm work Wall opening and repair work Ceiling opening and repair work Wall and ceiling painting work The work will take place according to a daytime schedule except for the work on premises 102, 102A and 107 which will take place before 8:00 a.m. and after 5:00 p.m. Work generating noise and / or vibration will also be before 8:00 a.m. and / or after 5:00 p.m. The contractor will be responsible for protecting non-mobile equipment left on the work site. Mobile equipment will be moved by INRS representatives (chairs, table, office furniture) The contractor must allow daily access to INRS personnel (with personal protective equipment) between 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. in room 103 (library). The contractor must begin the work of replacing the boxes on the ground floor when he has all the material in his possession and carry out the work continuously in order to minimize the length of the latter.
