Re-bids Will Be Received for the Following Contracts: Contract No. 1: Hvac Upgrades Hvac Upgrades @ Borough School & Mountain Way School C032 HVACR Legal removal of existing materials Installation of new materials Locations- Morris Plains School District - 500 Speedwell Ave, Morris Plains, NJ 07950 Mountain Way School- 205 Mountain Way Drive, Morris Plains, NJ 07950 Project consists of mechanical ventilation and ionization upgrades to the existing schools. work shall include the replacement of existing fan coil units above the ceiling corridor to above the ceiling classroom with high efficiency ECM fans and the installation of new plasma ionization devices at each fan coil unit. the HVAC systems in the school shall be rebalance to provide the minimum fresh air cope requirements. Re-bids shall be submitted and must be made on standard proposal forms in the manner designated by the Specifications. Re-bids are to be submitted as follows: electronically by email, sent UPS or Federal Express, or similar courier service, no re-bids are to be sent via regular mail. No re-bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days from the opening of the re-bids. Each re-bid shall be accompanied by the following: 1.
