Power washing, abrasive blasting and recoating of existing wet wells. Removal, disposal and replacement of all wet wells piping, fittings and pumps. Top slab of lift station and perimeter wooden fence to be replaced at Lift Station No. 1. Installation of corrosion resistant coating to be Raven 405, 120 mils, or approved equal, and if directed by the Engineer, cement cracking/joint/wall repair to the interior of the wet well. The rehabilitation of the existing valve vaults to include cleaning and power washing the interior. Removal, disposal and replacement of valve vaults piping, valves, fittings and pipe supports. Electrical upgrades at both lift station sites. Both forcemain discharge manholes to be rehabilitated. All work performed shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications. Complete in place. There is no pre-bid conference associated with this project. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. If this Bid is accepted, Bidder agrees that the Work will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 120 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
