CONTRACT 560-16-01 Pompeii Road 100,000 Gallon Elevated Water Storage Tank A federal wage rate determination will be incorporated into the Specifications by an addendum issued prior to the scheduled bidding date, if it is applicable to this Project. The City of Clay City may consider informal any bid not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions of this advertisement and/or the Specifications and may waive any informalities or reject any and all bids. The Work will be substantially completed within 150 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 2.03 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions within 180 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
