The Town of Marana (TOWN) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) to qualify a firm to provide design-build services for the Town of Marana Sewer Transmission Main Upgrades (2022-005X). These services would include, but not be limited to, the design and construction of a new 15-, 24- and 27-inch gravity sewer that will connect to the existing sewer system in two locations: at the existing manhole at Barnett Road and Tangerine Road, then continuing west to Sanders Road, and just south of the intersection of Barnett Road and Sanders Road and extending north. The two proposed sewer lines converge at a new manhole in the intersection of Sanders Road and Barnett Road, then extend north until Sagebrush Road. The alignment turns west, running along Sagebrush Road, extending to Luckett Road, and from there it will turn south for a short distance to Stingray Road and connect to the existing system. A 30% Concept Plan was completed by the TOWN to determine real property issues, potential utility conflicts, and confirm points of connection with the existing sewer system. All work shall be performed to Town Standards, or other standards as approved by the Town of Marana. Questions can be addressed in writing to Rudy Torres at rtorres@maranaaz.gov.
