The project consists of construction of a new booster pump station at the south side of the Windmill Booster Station, including the installation of the following: pumps; pump pad; suction and discharge piping with valves and instruments; connect to existing piping; and electrical improvements. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each proposal. The successful respondent will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in the amount of the contract, written by a responsible Surety Company, authorized to do business in the State of Texas. The deadline to ask questions is 11/05/2021 8:00 AM CST Proposals will be received for a single Contract. Proposals shall be provided on a unit price basis as indicated on the Bid Form. CCSUD expressly reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities. The project will be awarded to the highest scoring respondent based on set evaluation criteria (included in the Bidding Documents). A respondent's failure to respond to the requested qualifications inquiry may result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive. Proposals may be held by CCSUD for a period not to exceed 60 days from the due date of the proposals for the purpose of reviewing the proposals and researching respondent's qualifications prior to the contract award.
