ACCEPTING QUESTIONS UNTIL: Thursday, November 4, 2021 at 2:00 pm local time A performance bond and a payment bond are required for all contracts over $50,000.00.. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to: 1. Provide new natural gas condensing boiler in Room D-27. 2. Provide new boiler breeching, heating hot water piping, gas piping, piping components and all associated accessories. 3. Provide new controls for new boilers. 4. Rework existing roof penetrations or provide new roof penetrations as required to accommodate new boiler breeching thru roof. 5. Provide electrical modifications as required to accommodate new boiler.
