**As of January 6, 2022 the project was awarded to Southeastern Seal Coating at their total bid price of $192,121.60** The project consists of a box culvert replacement, storm drain installation, and associated pavement work as shown in the Plans. The estimated contract amount is $150k. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. All questions should be directed to Stefan Graeber at Sain Associates at sgraeber@sain.com. Questions will be taken until Friday November 5th at 4 pm and shall be submitted in writing by that date and time, so that any necessary addenda may be produced and issued to bidders.
