South Brunswick Middle School Roof Replacement Submit questions to REI Engineers in writing to the email address listed above no later than 5:00 PM on November 4, 2021. Each bid shall be accompanied by a deposit of cash or a certified check drawn on a bank or trust company insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in an amount equal to not less than five percent (5%) of the gross amount of the bid. In general, the scope of work in the Base Bid includes: 1. Roof Area MRC1: a. Remove and dispose of the roof system including flashings and sheet metal down to the plywood deck. b. Secure the plywood deck to structural framing members. c. Provide roof insulation system as specified in Section 07 22 16 "Roof Insulation". d. Fully adhere thermoplastic single ply membrane along with flashings and accessories as specified in Section 07 54 00 "Thermoplastic Single Ply Roofing". e. Replace sheet metal flashings and trim as specified in Section 07 62 00 "Sheet Metal Flashing and Trim" f. Provide a complete, watertight, 20-year warrantable roof assembly.
