No bids were received. The City of Moriarty hereby requests proposals from qualified vendors to provide: One (1) Modular/PreFab Animal Control Kennel Building for Purchase, delivery and installation. The City of Moriarty reserves the right to reject or accept any and all proposals in part or in whole, or to waive any irregularities in any proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Moriarty. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project. The purpose of this RFP is to purchase one Modular/Pre-Fab building for The City of Moriarty Animal at 400 Saiz Dr., Moriarty, NM 87035. The services solicited in this RFP include a full range of basic and specialty professional services as outlined in the Scope of Work. Vendors are asked to use the following as specifications for the buildings being sought for purchase, delivery set up: o Vendors shall include all expenses necessary to fully complete the installation of the building. o One approximately 24' x 60' building with 16 kennels with 17" x 20" dog doors, a 4' wide feed alley, and a 12 x 20 lobby, delivered and set up. o Buildings to have at a minimum: 2 x 4 Rafters - 16" OC, 2 x 4 Wall Studs - 16" OC, 4 x 4 Pressure Treated Posts in runs, and 2 x 4 Pressure Treated Floor Joist - 16" OC o Buildings to have at a minimum: insulated Interior Walls, Floor, Ceiling; o Buildings to have at a minimum: complete wiring electrical package with Breaker Box - 100 amp, that includes lights, switches, and outlets; o Buildings must at a minimum: 40 yr, 29-gauge metal roofing; o Buildings to have at a minimum: 29-gauge metal siding; o Buildings to have at a minimum: 30 Year Architectual Shingles, 7/16" Radiant Barrier Sheathing and gutters o Buildings to have at a minimum: mini split HVAC unit (heat & cool) 24,000 BTU/220v; o Buildings to have at a minimum: one fiberglass slab door with keyed latch; o Buildings to have at a minimum: 6 gauge welded Wire Dog Run, exterior/interior dog runs and dog box partitions with 11.5 gauge chain link partitions and gates; Sloped Kennel Floors, 5/8" polyura coating on flooring, and Stainless Floor Drains (pipe included) o Buildings to have at a minimum: Two (2) Pre-hung 6 pannel doors, and Two (2) 24 x 36 Double Pane windows with screens o Proposal prices shall include all delivery transportation expenses for the modular buildings; o Modular buildings shall meet the most recent state and local building codes and all current electrical, mechanical and plumbing codes; o Bid price to include installation of building at site (block, level & tie down anchors); o Bid price to include utility connection for electrical tie-in to local service provider; o Bid price to include utility connection for plumbing and sewer tie-in to city services; and o Contractor will be responsible for maintaining and submitting to the City of Moriarty, certified payroll reports on a weekly basis as directed by the Davis Bacon Act
