The owner has determined a prequalified list of construction managers The City of Bryan, Ohio is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms interested in providing Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Dewatering Improvements project (the Project) The Project generally includes the replacement of existing sludge dewatering equipment and appurtenances with new at the City's WWTP located at 1521 Evansport Road, Bryan, Ohio. A facilities planning study developed for the Project proposes a probable construction cost of $2 million. The CMAR firm will provide preconstruction and construction services and be qualified to perform such services in accord with qualifications stated in the RFQ and State of Ohio law.
