HVAC INSTALLATION o The scope of work includes all mechanical, electrical, fire protection and gas piping needed as per the TFM #01192 Project #2021-09-17-01 approved plans by code for the installation of all HVAC and Fire Protection equipment. o Removal/abatement and disposal of any asbestos for the demo of old existing HVAC mechanical equipment and for installation of new mechanical equipment. o Demo and disposal of all old or unneeded existing HVAC equipment. o If damage new ceiling tiles they will need to be replaced. BUILDING RENOVATIONS o Removal/abatement and disposal of asbestos flooring in classrooms and office areas 4,654 square ft. o Installation of new VCT Armstrong 52513 M059B in classrooms 4,000 square ft. o Installation of LVT Terrain II Timber 20 mil style 0454V color 00572 in office areas, library, and cafeteria 6,574 square ft. o Removal and Installation of new 3-inch cove base in all areas of new VCT and LVT installation. Color to be determined. o Installation of new ceiling tiles Armstrong 1729A in office areas, classrooms, hallway, Library, restrooms and main entrance areas. o Paint the main hallways, bathrooms, front entrance area, library, and cafeteria. o Install metal flashing around the exterior soffit areas from the main entrance around to the back of the cafeteria. o Remove old gutters and install new gutters on back side of cafeteria and kitchen.
