Renovation of an educational facility in South Plainfield, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The intended scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following: The Project consists of HVAC Upgrades at Grant and Roosevelt Schools as required by the Contract Documents for the South Plainfield School District. The project is single-prime, lump sum, all trades, all-inclusive project. The work includes the purchase, delivery, unloading, installation including crane work, removal of former and installation of new rooftop HVAC Equipment to give the owner a 100% complete project within the time frame specified. The bidder shall include the services of a structural engineer to review existing conditions and information provided, review field conditions and certify the existing structure and replacement units are acceptable or provide details for any supplemental steel work. Refer to additional information included within these specifications. Documents may be sent prepaid through Federal Express or UPS. Contractors can anticipate Notice of Award and Notice to Proceed on or about November 2021. Substantial Completion shall be on or before June 1, 2022, and final completion on or before June 30, 2022.
