Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Dublin, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a fitness / recreation center; for site work for a fitness / recreation center; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work for which bids are invited consists of: Construction of a mobility hub at the Dublin Community Recreation Center and associated site improvements consisting of a pedestrian canopy shelter, 2 bike storage canopies, bike racks, and pedestrian amenities. Work to include the removal of existing pavement, curb, sidewalk and other site-related improvements needed to complete the project. The Owner Representative is Jeannie Willis, Director of Transportation & Mobility. All questions or request for information shall be submitted through The owner intends and requires that this project be completed by Substantially complete (shelter and curb ramp) by May 31, 2024 and fully complete by July 12, 2024 The cost estimate for the Project is $270,000.00. The City of Dublin reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process and to enter into a contract with the bidder whom, in its opinion, offers the lowest and best bid.
