Shore Road, Northfield, Nj 08225 (Bid Bond and Surety Required Base Bid 1. 2" milling the existing parking lot as required to maintain the existing grades or to the proposed grades as provided on the plans and installing a minimum HMA 9.5M64 Surface Course, 2" thick, Pavement Excavation and installation of HMA 9.5M64 Surface Course, 2" thick, HMA 19M64 Base Course, 2" thick, and dense graded aggregate, 6" thick. 2. Replacing handicap ramps and driveway aprons as shown on the plans and where directed. 3. Resetting castings to proper grade as needed to complete the improvements shown on the plans. 4. Replacing damaged curb where directed. 5. Installing curb where directed. 6. Installing new inlets, manholes, and 6", 12", and 15" High-density polyethylene (HDPE) where directed. 7. Restoration of trench in roadway per project details. 8. Installing Type "A" or "E" with Bicycle-safe grates as shown on the plans. Digging test pits at utility crossings prior to ordering inlet boxes. 9. Installing underground roof drains as shown on the plans. 10. Installing and restoring thermoplastic pavement markings. 11. Restoring disturbed vegetated/lawn areas. As a minimum, all lawns shall be restored with topsoil, fertilizer, seed, and mulch. Other materials shall be restored in-kind. 12. Providing all necessary traffic directors and traffic control in accordance with the MUTCD. Township Police Department must be contacted for any closures. 13. Roadway shall be clean and open to traffic at the end of every day
