CND-Preserve Ranch, LLC (Developer) is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide design and complete construction phase services for a City of Scottsdale Infrastructure Improvement Project (IIP) Rio Verde Drive/128th Street Transmission Mains. The construction of this project will involve the use of public funds, and therefore, Title 34 of the Arizona Revised Statutes will be applicable. Generally, this Water Transmission Main project will require cost estimating, value engineering and constructability review, design potholing (as needed) and construction of a portion of the IIP (approximately 4,160 linear feet (LF) of new 16" ductile iron pipe (DIP) waterline, 40 LF of new 12"DIP, 3 (three) inspection manholes, valves, water service connections, fire hydrants, air release valves (ARVs) along the Rio Verde Drive alignment The purpose of this project is to add new 16" DIP water transmission main along the Rio Verde Drive alignment from 122nd Street to 128th Street. The 16" waterline will then be extended south along 128th Street for approximately 200 LF and will terminate with a new Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) Station to be located at -128th Street, approximately, 200 LF south of Rio Verde Drive. The new waterline will include approximately 4,160 LF of new 16" DIP water line.
