METTKO - as Design, Procurement & Construction Managers for the Town of Caledon invites qualified trades to forward pre-qualification document CCDC 11 as an expression of interest. The project consists of selective demolition and construction of two new additions: Administration Area (7,700 sq ft) including offices, lunchroom & changerooms and new maintenance and wash bays (3,500 sq ft). The work will include exterior & interior architectural, demolition, structural, mechanical, electrical & site work.
